Confidentiality Policy: Full Circle Healing Therapy fully complies with HIPAA rules and regulations. Each appointment is completely confidential between client and therapist. The Therapist at no time may disclose client name, appointment, health history, etc.

Code of Conduct: Full Circle Healing Therapy is a professional, therapeutic massage therapy business. Discussions of sex, religion, and politics are strictly forbidden by both therapist and client. In the event of inappropriate actions, or inappropriate discussion, the therapist will immediately end the session. The client will pay for full appointment and removed from the premise.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: It is requested that any appointments be rescheduled prior to 24 hours of scheduled session. If in the event of an emergency, please call (607) 341-2021 to provide notice of cancellation and to reschedule without penalty of paying for missed appointment. Full payment is expected for any clients that do not provide adequate cancellation notice, or that "No-Show" and do not provide any cancellation notice.
